The creation of Innovative Model for inclusion and adaptation of workers, employers and entrepreneurs to the changes in the labor market related to the rights of employees for good working conditions includes:
improving the organization of work in enterprises;
addressing the shortage of skilled workers by increasing the number of disabled people employed;
raising the authority of the Bulgarian labor market as socially engaged.
A partnership non-theoretical approach is envisaged to increase the inclusion of people with disabilities in the labor market. This will also result in a change in attitudes, including a new way of addressing the abilities and capacities of people with disabilities.
