Online Round table
On 21st of December an Online Round table “Opportunities for people with disabilities during crisis” was held.
The program of the event covered current topics and the discussions focused on the challenges that employers are faced with; the organization and management of the work relationships during the pandemic; crisis management, without forgetting the people with disabilities; improving working conditions and increasing the number of employees with disabilities.
The event was attended by people with disabilities – they shared how the crisis affects them mentally and at work, they also shared about the way they perceive themselves and how they cope with their work responsibilities – and employers who discussed the usefulness of technology for people with disabilities and the obstacles that the pandemic posed to them and their staff.
